Dr. Ginny Baro

Dr. Ginny A. Baro is the CEO of ExecutiveBound®, which she founded in 2017. From immigrating to the U.S. at 14 to becoming a Top 100 Global Thought Leader, award-winning TEDx speaker, podcast host, and #1 bestselling author, her work is grounded in resilience, transformation, and leadership effectiveness.

With over 25 years of experience in technology and financial services, Dr. Ginny advises executive teams, coaches leaders, and speaks globally on leadership, communication, influence, mindset, and alignment. She brings clarity, structure, and compassion to every engagement.

Dr. Ginny is the creator of the C.A.R.E.S. Leadership Success System, a framework that supports executive leaders and teams in strengthening alignment, decision-making, and leadership capacity at the enterprise level. Her work helps organizations navigate uncertainty with clarity and sustain performance through change.

She is an external leadership coach for McKinsey & Company’s Hispanic/Latino Leadership Program, holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems, an MBA, an MS in Computer Science, and a BA in Computer Science, and is a Certified Professional Coach accredited by the ICF.

Beyond her professional work, Dr. Ginny is committed to service and impact, supporting organizations such as Feeding America and other charitable initiatives that strengthen communities and expand access to essential resources.
